Our CBD concentrate is extracted & refined from industrial hemp and has ZERO psychoactive THC (meaning that your pet will not get “high”). Our CBD is not from marijuana, and nothing we produce is psychoactive.
While new CBD pellets continue to pop up almost daily, we remain committed to providing CBD in a recipe that is 100% grain-free. One of the benefits of CBD is to alleviate joint pain and inflammation, but grains and gluten are a primary cause of inflammation. Why add beneficial CBD to an inflammatory-causing grain-based treat?

FDA regulations correctly restrict us from making any product claims that can’t be substantiated by legitimate research. We do follow all CBD research news and will report significant developments. A quick search online and in social media groups and forums will reveal a multitude of stories and reports from horse owners about their successes with CBD.
Will I see the benefits of CBD immediately after giving it to my horse?
Each animal will react differently to our CBD Pellets. Some will show a response in under an hour, while others may take longer. You know your horse better than anyone so when giving the CBD pellets, take time to carefully observe your animal. If you do not see a difference within an hour or so, give another half or full serving. (There is zero danger of overdose.) Essentially, all animals are different, and you can confidently reward your horse with CBD Pellets as needed.
Our product pages and the product labels contain detailed instructions for dosage, by weight and species. Again, each animal will react differently to the CBD pellets, but because they are completely benign, you can safely experiment to find your horse’s ideal dose.
As with all of our pellets, we add ZERO preservatives. We do include a food-grade mold inhibitor in equine products, for the safety of your horse. We guarantee the integrity of the treat for 12 months, but quite honestly, they can last for 3+ years.

Due to horses’ considerable body mass, CBD may take an hour or so to produce a noticeable effect. Because of their long digestive system, however, beneficial effects may last from 6-10 hours, compared to 4-8 hours in cats and dogs.

It is not possible to overdose on CBD Pellets because we remove 100% of THC, the psychoactive cannabinoid used to “get high.” This means you can safely experiment with portion sizes to find the most effective dose for your horse.
Absolutely not! That is what sets ALL of our products apart from the rest of the market. We simply refuse to use a “filler” in the form of grain. Our Equine CBD Pellets are made from non-psychoactive organic hemp meal, which itself has many nutritional benefits for horses.
No. We remove 100% of the tiny amount of the psychoactive cannabinoid THC that may be found in hemp and our pellets never contain any cannabis. CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid easily utilized by the body and does not cause any “high” whatsoever.
